Parent and Members Expections

We expect excellence in our Mentor Professionals, and they in turn expect excellence in the youth they serve. We will hold the bar high, and we will equip every Club Member we serve with the support system he or she needs to reach his or her full potential. As a result, we have the following expectations with both our Club Members and our Club Parents:

Club Members

  • Respect yourselves and others
  • Hold high standards and expectations for yourself
  • Believe in your potential and challenge yourself
  • Create a plan for your future

Club Parents

  • Communicate regularly and openly with Mentor Professionals
  • Hold high expectations for your children
  • Engage in your child’s education and ask for help when you need it
  • When you see warning signs, get others involved (at school, the Club, church, etc.)
